UAPI Auto Parts Supports Communities
At UAPI Auto Parts, we believe in giving back to those communities we serve. We are proud to be a part of two community initiatives, recycling of cars and assisting local Fire Departments with Emergency Training.
Most people don’t know that we recycle --- everything! One hundred percent of the vehicle is recycled down to the last car part and all fluids.
We also provide vehicles for area Fire Departments to cut apart as they train on life saving skills such as using the “jaws of life” to remove passengers from a car wreck. Some of the cars are brought to the training facility for this use, and other times the teams come to one of our locations for training. If you see emergency equipment when you pull in, don’t worry. You have probably arrived during a training exercise and will have the opportunity to watch some of our area’s finest in action!
"In recognition of your outstanding support and service rendered to the Bossier City Fire Department by graciously delivering and picking up vehicles utilized by Fire Department personnel for extrication training at no cost to the City of Bossier City."
Samuel Halphen, Fire Chief
"I would like to take this time to Thank You for your continued support in providing the Bossier City Fire Department with cars used for training purposes. Mr Caleb Berney and his staff at UAPI Auto Parts are always helpful and take the time to provide vehicles for what we think is a very important purpose.
The extrication training received by our members, utilizing these cars, helps to insure they are prepared to respond to motor vehicle crashes where victims may be trapped and/or critically injured. This provides an opportunity for realistic; hands-on training that cannot be duplicated in any other way. Victim disentanglement sometimes requires very specialized tools and techniques and extrication proficiency can only be gained or maintained through the experience of hands-on training.
There is no doubt that lives will be saved because of our members having access to this valuable resource. Thank you, once again, for helping our department in this invaluable contribution."
Brad Zagone, Fire Chief
Steve Ford, Chief of Special Ops

"ATF, like any law enforcement agency, conducts frequent training exercises with field enforcement personnel in order to maintain skill and proficiency levels in many areas necessary to fulfill our daily operational requirements. The net result of this training is heightened levels of safety for our personnel and for the public in general. The most valuable training occurs when we can incorporate "real world" situations and conditions into our training curriculum.
For our 4th quarter training cycle, the New Orleans Field Division training coordinators established a curriculum that included shooting from and around vehicles using both live ammunition and training ammunition. Since the risk of damage to fleet vehicle was too great, they requested a "junk" car be provided for this training. The Local office training agents were advised to contact UAPI Auto Parts regarding this need, as UAPI Auto Parts had a reputation of helping other law enforcement and fire departments with similar needs.
Mr Paul Preibus, Manager North Shreveport location, was contacted and readily agreed to help us with our request. Mr. Preibus was very friendly and accommodating, locating a suitable vehicle and providing delivery and removal from the training site with no problems at all. UAPI Auto Parts provided this courtesy to us at no charge and in a courteous, professional manner.
As the Resident Agent in Charge of the Shreveport Field Office, I would like to thank U-Auto-Pull-It for their support in our mission and in the overall support of public safety in our community."
L. Wade Rasberry, Resident Agent in Charge

We wish to commend UAPI Auto Parts for their commitment of service to the area fire service and to the community that will benefit from their generosity.
Steve Rogers Fire Chief, City of Nash, Texas
On behalf of Caddo Fire District #4, I would like to thank you and your staff for allowing us the use of four salvage vehicles for a Stabilization & Extraction class on Saturday, October 4th, 2014. Your employees, whom responded to our short-notice request, were helpful, courteous and acted very professional. Your donation of these vehicles allowed our members to properly train on new advanced techniques to stabilize vehicles and extricate patients from a vehicle. These new techniques help us in saving lives, which benefits the entire community. Thank you again UAPI Parts for helping us save lives in our community and if there is anything we can do to serve you, please don't hesitate to call.
Bryant Williams, Fire Chief
Thank you for your efforts in supporting the fire service of NW Louisiana. Because of your generosity, the Caddo Parish Dist. 1, Bienville Parish Ward 4 & 5, Benton, and Haughton Fire Departments were able to gain critical lifesaving skills by learning advanced auto extrication techniques. Without your support, this class would not have been possible. We look forward to working with you again in the future as we share this training with other fire departments in our region. Thanks again for your assistance.
